Corey Barba is a Chicago-born, but San Diego-based comic book artist, cartoonist, musician and animator, who mainly draws children's comics. He has worked on 'SpongeBob Squarepants' comics (based on Stephen Hillenburg's character) for Nickelodeon magazine, and a 'Yo Gabba Gabba' storytime book. He made a silent graphic novel called 'YAM: BiteSized Chunks’, published by Top Shelf Books. Barba has also made contributions to Matt Groening's Bongo Comics, more specifically for comics based on 'The Simpsons'.
Barba has designed toy packages, games, apps, advertisements and many more. He made TV spots for Trix and Lucky Charms cereals, and has produced art for My Little Pony, Littles Pet Shop, eBay, Engergizer, Owens-Corning and many more.
